The 47 ronin mythical creature brief asked entrants to design a creature based on japanese mythology, to be released along side the motion picture recently adapted from a legend of the same title. i was drawn to this because i like aspects of japanese culture, its very different to anything in the western world, i was particularly inspired by the ukiyo-e prints of Hokusai.
